42 SECTORS: DESCRIPTION: Double cartridge in which the contact surfaces are lu- bricated by an external, non-pressurised fluid (quench) or a pressurised fluid (barrier fluid). For clean or slightly contaminated and sticky fluids with fibres or large solid particles. OPERATION LIMITS: p= 25 kg/cm ² v= 16 m/s t= -15÷ +200oC ( *) ( *) The temperature resistance depends on the ma- terial of the secondary seals used. The operating limits are defined by the PV factor which is determined for the sealing system charac- teristics and those of the application.
