Lidering Certifications
At Lidering, we have several international industry certifications that ensure that our products and processes meet the most demanding requirements of each sector and work process. We currently hold the following industry certificates:
AENOR
Our AENOR certificate certifies that at Lidering we have implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard. This means that we work under a system that promotes continuous improvement in all our processes, guaranteeing the highest quality in every solution we offer.
IQNET
The IQNET accreditation certifies us internationally as a company that complies with the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard. This certificate is a global recognition that assures our customers that Lidering’s products and services are governed by a proven and approved quality management system.
Saqr-ATEX
Lidering’s production center in Spain is Saqr-ATEX certified, which allows us to carry out repairs on non-electrical ATEX certified equipment of any type and category. This includes repairs of mechanical seals, cartridges, pumps and agitators operating in environments with risk of explosion (zones 0, 1, 22, 24, etc.), maintaining their ATEX certification.
EX ATEX
Our mechanical seals are EX ATEX certified, making them suitable for use in explosive atmospheres. This certification, under the European Parliament directive 94/9/EC, ensures that Lidering mechanical seals are safe for industrial installations in categories 2 and 3 of group II (II2G/D), providing robust protection in potentially hazardous environments.
FDA
Our commitment to food safety is backed by FDA certification, which ensures that the materials and chemicals we use in our solutions meet the strict regulatory codes of the US Food and Drug Administration. This means that our products are safe for use in contact with food, which is crucial in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.
CE 1935/2004
The CE 1935/2004 certificate guarantees that Lidering products comply with the mandatory requirements for food contact materials according to European regulations. This certification is indispensable to ensure that our mechanical seals are safe for use in applications where they come into contact with products intended for human and animal consumption.
WRAS
Our WRAS certification is based on the BS 6920 directive, which ensures that our product materials are approved for contact with drinking water. This British certification validates that our products meet the necessary safety standards for use in drinking water distribution systems.

In addition to our individual product certifications, Lidering also holds certifications at the EPI INDUSTRIES Family of Companies group level, which further reinforces our global commitment to quality, safety and sustainability.
To this end, the entire Lidering group of companies has obtained important industrial certifications such as: AENOR Certification (ISO 9001), Saqr-ATEX Certification and the Ecovadis seal, a certification that evaluates our performance in key areas such as the environment, labor practices and business ethics, obtaining the Ecovadis Silver Medal for certification in 2023.
